‘Tax and criminal penalty law are quite complicated enough as they are. Therefore, it is my challenge to keep a case as simple and compact as possible, without losing sight of the client’s interests’.

Judith graduated in Criminal Law and Tax Law at Leiden University. During her time at university, she did several internships within the legal profession. Furthermore, she spent four months as an intern at the Procurator General’s Office of the Dutch Supreme Court and she studied at the University of Pretoria in South Africa for six months. After finishing her Master’s degree in Criminal Law in 2017, she started a Master’s in Tax Law and began to work for Hertoghs advocaten as a working student. At present, she is finalising this Master’s. She started working as a legal assistant at Hertoghs in July 2018.
